We offer support in structure elucidation and characterization of small molecules by spectroscopic techniques (using 1D, 2D NMR experiments and MS/MS experiments). Alera Labs has expertise in isolation, purification and characterization of unknown impurities from starting materials, intermediates, APIs and formulations and degradation products utilizing preparative HPLC isolation and structure elucidation by using 1D & 2D NMR techniques such as NOESY, COSY, HMBC, HSQC, etc.
